WebJan 27, 2016 · Hey there Bix3 fans! I hope you all enjoy the video of my misfortune. Here's my very last flight with my beloved Bix3. My APM failed mid-flight for some reason. I suspect some sort of power failure. I'm going to rebuild with a Vector sometime soon. Crankster, watch to the end, and you can see how I had my APM mounted.

Edit: the SK3 2836mm 1040kv motor is a very nice motor, but it's slighly overkill for a 8x3.8 prop. A ligther SK3 2822 or 2826mm motor could do that. Those are, however, too short for the Bix 3's motor pod.
