I wanted to upgrade this to a more powerfull and reliable set up.I though of the Howell, then the Mopar, then the Holley and then someone told me about CustomEFI. I went on different Jeep website to have as much feed basck as possible on this guy and i am waiting for my kit … Web25 dec. 2012 · Any carb will have to warm up. Some are worse than others though. The Howell will also have to warm up to run good, but it will start and idle better than a carb when cold. As jeepardy said MPFI is the best for running cold. You shouldn't have to sit and feather the gas if your choke is working right.
