I forgot that the pads and traces should have been on the back side for soldering and now the pads are blocked by the components themselves.

After importing it I can't see pads on the bottom layer of the board (3D design looks good on the bottom side). Top side is good and I can see all pads. I have tested this with KiCAD6 and KiCAD7 and I get the same result. It looks like somehow pads on the bottom are disabled.
