In addition, the requirement to provide information for each nanoform could potentially lead to a large amount of testing being commissioned. WebREACH obligations for nano-materials From the 1st January 2024, REACH introduced specific information requirements for substance manufactured or imported as nanoform adopting the obligation dictated in the 3 December 2024 REACH amendment “Commission Regulation (EU) 2024/1881”.
